The project aims to improve food security and strengthen the livelihoods of the most vulnerable populations in Jabal Habashi District through a comprehensive package of integrated interventions. Project activities include delivering agricultural training programs and business skills training, providing cash assistance through start-up and complementary grants, distributing agricultural input packages, and offering ongoing agricultural extension services.
In addition, the project supports market linkage activities by strengthening connections between beneficiaries and traders, while providing business coaching and mentoring for income-generating activities to enhance enterprise management and promote long-term sustainability.
All project activities are implemented in close coordination with local authorities and community committees to ensure effective implementation, strengthen transparency, and achieve sustainable impact.
