Safe Water

In the middle of Hawd village, Al-shayb directorate, Al-dala governorate, there is just one well which supplies the residents drinking water, uses cooking and watering livestock.
However, the only water source for residents became polluted and unusable. It became a hotbed of stones, cans, plastic, tin, shoes, old clothes, which were peddled by children in the well. That caused to spread of diarrhea between residents. This problem led to treat their lives.
After two months of community outreach that adopted by the Nahda Makers organization. People began understanding the matter seriousness, and the necessity of safe water to ensure from their health and their children's future. The surprise was they began to clean water, which they drank from the well. As well as the self-youth did initiatives from the village until the well water became clean and safe.
