#NMO_ORG continues to rehabilitate permanent and conflict-damaged houses

Within the Shelter / CCCM sector, #Nahda_Makers Organization is currently implementing Shelter, CCCM and QIPs project, funded by #UNHCR

This project, which is implemented in Taiz Governorate, Salah District, works mainly to rehabilitate permanent houses damaged by the conflict and targets returning residents whose homes were damaged by the conflict and because of that they are living in unlivable conditions as a result of the destruction of their houses.

The project is currently working to restore, rehabilitate and rebuild 570 houses, which will benefit 2,850 individuals from houses that were damaged as a result of the conflict and no longer have the minimum necessities of life, in order to provide safe and appropriate living environments for those IDPs and returnees in order to improve services and ensure better access to them.

#NMO works to guide beneficiaries through engineers to restore their houses and work on their reconstruction and rehabilitation.

The organization will also work in the coming days to target 100 houses in Taiz Governorate, Salah District, and Cairo District, and to target 100 houses in Lahj Governorate, Tuban District, and Al-Hawta District.
