It is a project funded by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Netherlands in partnership with Oxfam Yemen, aiming to involve Yemeni national and National/local institutions in the humanitarian decision-making process in Yemen.
The project seeks to highlight the role and capacities of National/local institutions operating in Yemen to secure their place in the decision-making sphere alongside international and donor organizations.
This includes engaging National/local institutions in cluster management, working groups, and direct coordination with external and internal donors without the need for intermediaries.
