The project aims to improve the livelihoods of the targeted communities in the agricultural sector in Lahj Governorate, Tuban District, by rehabilitating community assets, distributing agricultural seedlings, and supporting the mental health of people suffering from social, psychological and mental problems due to the ongoing conflict and the difficulties they face in Marib Governorate.

The project includes a set of activities, starting from Lahj Governorate in rehabilitating  community assets related to agriculture and providing job opportunities for local communities through the "food for asset" program, as well as conducting technical and vocational training followed by a professional apprenticeship program and cash amounts to support training graduates and link them to the market in order to ensure the continuity of work and enhance their livelihoods. On the other hand, the project will intervene in the health aspect in Marib Governorate and reach the provision of mental health services through an integrated clinic to provide mental health services and psychosocial support and distribute the necessary medications to treat mental health problems for targeted patients and train workers in the field. Mobile clinics will also be provided to provide mental health services in remote areas. The project aims to improve food security and livelihoods for the most vulnerable families, improve the mental health of the targeted communities, and thus contribute to achieving development in the region.
