#NMO_ORG implemented the activity of building retaining walls in Taiz Governorate, Maqbanah District, in (Al-Najd, Al-Habri, Hajij-Al-Hijab) camps with the support of #UNHCR.
These walls aimed to protect the shelter from floods and prevent 4,381 people from being exposed to natural disasters, especially these targeted camps are located on a mountain slope.
On another side 80 IDPs worked on building walls through the cash-for-work mechanism, with the aim of training and qualifying them for the labor market and improving their living conditions.
This comes within one of the prominent projects implemented by #NMO_ORG in different governorates.
