Within the project “Strengthening Institutional and Economic Resilience in Yemen (SIERY)”, the United Nations Development Program #UNDP , in cooperation with #NMO_ORG , with funding from the #European_Union , and in coordination with Ministry of Local Administration the training on strategic planning in Aden.
This course, which was implemented, targeted 35 participants from planning directors and executive offices in Aden.
This workshop discussed the importance of the extent of capabilities and skills that draw a future vision and long-term planning, which is based on studying programs and decisions that will achieve future visions and in order to formulate a clear message, achieve sustainable development, improve performance, achieve growth and progress of the institution, and reduce risks.
This training, aims to enhance theoretical knowledge and applied skills in strategic planning, its importance, and mastering its methodology and methods.
