#NMO_ORG holds the annual plans presentation workshop and honors the quality team after obtaining the international certificate ISO9001:2015

Today, Thursday, March 31, 2022, #NMO_ORG held a workshop to review its annual plans and honor its employees who worked during the period prior after obtaining the ISO 9001: 2015 international certificate for quality management systems standards.

This workshop, in which the employees were honored, comes as a result of the efforts they made during the year and a half in implementing all its steps to upgrade the work to levels that correspond and are in harmony with the international standards and standards required to be available in all departments in the organization, which was followed by the organization’s awarding of this certificate by the company “Kwalitycert Services” American accreditation.

This workshop also reviewed the annual plans of all departments in the organization, the methodology that will be worked on during 2022, and the results that the organization seeks to achieve during this year in order to achieve humanitarian services as required.

The Executive Director, Mr. Mohamed El-Sayed, stated that this day is a result of the efforts made by everyone, as the organization adopted the quality project as a platform in all its work and was keen in the previous period to rehabilitate its team to implement all its stages with the help of consultants, which eventually resulted in obtaining the ISO certificate ISO9001:2015, and he added that obtaining this certificate reflects the organization's keenness to implement integrated institutional work and in turn is reflected in planning with a clear methodology for the main objectives and results that were reviewed today to reach the quality of humanitarian programs and projects, which will reflect positively on the beneficiaries.
