#NMO_ORG implements a training course for department managers and heads on effective personal and administrative communication

In order to develop performance at work and develop administrative communication skills to achieve outstanding administrative performance #NMO_ORG implemented a training course for department managers and heads in the organization, which is the "effective personal and administrative communication" course.

This course, which lasted 4 days under the training of "Mr. Nashwan Al-Sumairi", in which the participants learned about many skills, such as: the importance of effective communication, the practical components and forms of communication, the challenges of administrative communication and how to overcome them, and factors of building trust with subordinates, solving problems, as well as their knowledge of effective delegation and conversion of indicators into other information, skills, and rules of communication.

All with the aim of enhancing personal and administrative communication skills and achieving a clear development for people and groups, which will contribute to gaining trust between individuals and departments within the organization, especially when making a change in work methods, as the success of the organization depends largely on the effectiveness of communication in it.
