As part of the training activities and its permanent plan to raise the capabilities of its employees and permanently motivate them to develop skills, Nahda Makers organization (NMO) recently implemented a training course for all its employees, which is the "Effective Personal and Administrative Communication" course.
This course, which lasted for 3 days under the training of "Mr./ Nashwan Al-Sumairi", in which the the participants learned about many skills, the most important of which are: The importance of effective communication, the practical components of communication and its forms, and the nine skills of personal communication.
They also learned about the qualities of effective communication and other communication skills.
All of this with the aim of enhancing personal and administrative communication skills for all employees and enhancing effective communication with others as it is a basic life skill to create job harmony and raise the efficiency of coordination among the employees of all departments in the organization, which will help to perform job tasks with better skill and effectiveness.
