Within the project of crisis support to solid waste, water supply and sewage institutions in Aden and Mukalla and with funding from the #People_of_Japan and with the support of #UNDP, #NMO_ORG and in partnership with Nahda for business development (NBDS) continues in Mukalla to:

Capacity building in preparing strategic and financial plans:

Through (preparing and delivering the strategic plan) - preparing the financial plan and preparing the contingency plan (business continuity).

This is in order to improve the performance of sector management through clear strategic and financial plans.

The organization also builds capacity to improve work procedures:

By improving work procedures to develop the organizational structure and job descriptions and preparing administrative, financial and technical manuals.

With the aim of: Reviewing administrative work procedures in institutions and improving work

It is note that since the beginning of the year, we have been working on this project by implementing several activities and various components in Aden and Mukalla, in order to build the capacities to solid waste, water supply and sewage institutions in Aden and Mukalla.
