#NMO_ORG implemented the human resource capacity building and empower program focuses on staff knowledge and skills, which revolves around the periodic and daily maintenance of the Clean Fund trucks. Additionally, it targeted 19 trainees, including Movement officers - managers - and drivers.
The training lasted for five days. As it aimed to increase the capabilities of the cleaning fund workers in various aspects, specifically in the field of truck maintenance.
