#NMO_ORG launched a new project in capacity building and good governance, which is the crisis Support to Solid Waste, Water Supply and Sewage Institutions in Aden and Mukalla Water, with support from #UNDP, and with fund from #Japanese _ People.
This project aimed to develop the capabilities of global employees in the targeted institutions by training them on components:
1- Preparing the strategic and financial plan.
2- Building human resource capabilities and empowering employee skills.
3- Improving work procedures.
4- Customer Management.
Which will improve the quality of performance
In fact, #NMO_ORG is implementing several projects in different sectors (WASH - Education - Shelter - food security and livelihoods - capacity building and good governance).
