Nahda_Makers_organization is implementing the Emergency Water and Sanitation Support Project with the support of #UNICEF and funded from #DFID in three villages in Al-Qabaytah Governorate in Lahj Governorate
The project Contribute to build 485 harvesting rain water for 3791 beneficiaries
In fact, the areas are mountainous and rugged at the sometime
On the other hand, the project raises the awareness for 9,266 individuals on health messages, like (hand washing, personal hygiene, open Defecation, Saving water), and about the cholera epidemic
The project aims to decrease the suffering of people, especially women and children in rough areas where they do not have water sources
