نفذت منظمة صناع النهضة، ضمن برنامج (تأثير) الشبابي، مشروع بناء القدرات الإدارية والمؤسسية للمبادرات الشبابية الناشئة، ضمن برنامج، بدعم من مؤسسة العون للتنمية.
واستفاد من البرنامج، الذي أقيم خلال الفترة من أبريل وحتى سبتمبر من العام 2016، 23 مبادرة من المبادرات الشبابية في محافظة عدن.
