Within the education and child protection sector, #Nahda_Makers organization continues the activities of the “Access to Education for displaced and host community children” project funded by #ECW and in partnership with #NRC
Recently, the organization provided the targeted schools with school furniture including desk, and white boards for students, teachers, and administrative staff, that’s all to Abu Dujana School and Omar bin Abdulaziz School in Mawza’ district / Taiz, and Abu Al-Qasim School and Al-hoar Al-Watani School in Hays district in Hays District / Hodeidah.
Where 38 classrooms were targeted, with a total number of double chairs for students 393 chairs for 2044 students and 80 teachers.
The project also worked earlier on providing a solar energy system to avoid the increasing power outages and to provide a suitable environment for the school.
