With support from #UNDP , #NMO_ORG launched enhanced security and protection at the local level project by delivery of (PPEs + handwashing station) to health centers in the fight against Covid-19 for the 357 health workers in (Aden - Lahj - Al-Mukalla).
The distribution was made in 8 health centers:
• 3 in Aden: which is (Al-Qatea – Al- Mualla – Al-Maidan) health center .
• 2 In Lahj: which is (Bir Nasir al-Anad - the isolation center in Radfan) health center.
• 3 centers in Mukalla: which isn (Fuwwah Al-Qadima - Rukeb - November 30) health center.
The delivered materials contained:
1- Hand washing facilities (300-liter plastic tank with its accessories).
2- Masks.
3- Gloves.
4- Liquid soap for hand washing 5-liter capacity.
5- Educational materials A3 stickers.
The project aimed to increase and enhance protection opportunities for health workers in health centers facing Covid-19 virus.
And through the coming days, preventive protection tools will be delivered to the epidemiological surveillance teams in Lahj governorate.
