Work location: Aden and Hadhramout governorates - office work rate 50% and field work 50%
Purpose of the position:
Assist in following up the progress of project activities as well as evaluating the project's achievement of the objectives set in conjunction with the planned timetables and the obligations mentioned in the project proposals and agreements, and conducting multiple assessments to measure the extent to which the project goals and impact have been achieved.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Conduct and supports frequent surveys for monitoring and evaluation activities.
• Assisting in supporting M&E missions in the field for data collection.
• Proper monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct surveys for the purpose of relevant M&E data collection such as baseline and end line surveys.
• Conduct interviews by using certain questionnaires developed by M&E Section.
• Translate of questionnaires and other relevant documents.
• Enter data into the Monitoring and Evaluation database.
• Monitor implementation of project activities, and conduct PDM Activities.
• Report on the progress of the projects.
• Share collected data with MEAL section for further process.
• Assist in the preparation of project evaluation and/or review reports and drafts regular M&E project report.
• Prepare and write M&E training evaluation reports.
• Ensure that project data are entered and updated on a timely basis.
• Prepare regular progress reports on activities undertaken, results achieved against targets and plan for follow up actions.
• Collect case studies, success stories and submit it to the MEAL section.
Conduct any other tasks related to the job based on the line supervisor required.

Qualifications and job experience
1.Degree and type of specialization: Bachelor in General (English Education - Business Administration)
2. Type and number of years of experience: One year experience working within an NGO as M&E is preferred.
Skills:
1- The ability to deal with computer programs
2- Very good English language Level
3- Ability to write weekly and monthly reports.
4- Ability to plan, organize and manage meetings.
