Job Title: HR Assistant

Position title : Assistant
Duration: Annually
Work location: Aden Main Office (with regular field visits )

 Purpose of the position 

Assist in providing the required human resources in accordance with the procedures and policies of the organization, and keeping the employees’ documents and data safely, regularly, and update it periodically.


Tasks and responsibilities

1. Participate in the employment processes according to the organization's procedures with high transparency and equal opportunities for competitors.
2. Preparing and updating a database for all job applicants and participating in their recruitment to propertied the organization.
3. Participate in coordinating orientation sessions for new employees.
4. Prepare contracts for all organization's employees.
5. Organizing and keep the employees' individual records and ensure the completion of the document according to the requirements of the job file in confidentiality way.
6.Preparing and updating the staff database periodically.
7. Participate in leave system; guide the managers to their role in planning the annual leaves and tracking the employee's leaves.
8. Participate in preparing the donors and auditors HR requirements as requested by the line manager.
9. Participate in selecting the organization's volunteers and daily workers.
10. Prepare monthly (plans & reports) and submit them to the line manager.
11. Participation in organization periodic meetings.
12. Investment the self-learning chances and develop the professional relations network.
13. during work. Follow safety and health instructions.
14. Submit suggestions and perceptions that will develop the work performed in the organization and inform the concerned employees of any matters that might affect the integrity, impartiality, and reputation of the organization.
15. Follow the organizational systems, procedures, principles, and values.
16. Carry out any other relevant task as requested by the line manager.

Qualifications and job experience


Degree and type of specialization: Bachelor's degree in Administration or any other relevant field
Type and number of years of experience: A minimum of one-year experience in the human resources field.


Skills


Intermediate level in both written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of labor regulation laws in the Republic of Yemen, Wages and employment systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular).
