Recently, the organization implemented a training on “Internal auditors for the quality management system", which is the seventh stage of this project, "internal audit".
A group of the organization’s employees participated in this training, which was implemented by “Consultant Mr. Nabil Ayedh” in order to familiarize the participants with the importance of internal auditing, its patterns and foundations, and to provide the participants with the necessary skills to implement the internal audit process for the quality management system skillfully and competently. internal procedures, working on the review process, lifting cases of non-conformity, lifting corrective measures, and ensuring the correction process.
It is worth mentioning that this project, which the organization is working on to implement, has gone through many stages and is now in its final stages in pursuit of obtaining the international quality certificate ISO 9001:2015, as part of its continuous goals for improvement and development in the internal work systems and to ensure the quality of services provided by the organization to the beneficiaries.
