With the funding of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Nahda Makers Organization launched a distribution of NFIs materials for displaced people from the conflict areas of Hodeidah (Al-Khokha ,Hayes and Al-Jarrahy)

There are more than 294 Households displaced from the areas of the current clashes in Hodeidah and these families have now settled in Buraiqah district (Foqom – Amran and Al-Farasy )

Most of the displaced families live in places lacking basic household needs

Within the 294 displaced families, there are many cases of vulnerability. The NFIs distribution project funded by the UNHCR and implementing through Nahda Makers organization has been designed to alleviate even a small part of the suffering of these displaced persons

We met three children (Hamda - Qaed - Mohammed) and their mother was considering her role in the receipt of housing materials, consisting of: mattress - blankets - matt - washing powder - soap – Plastic buckets- Kitchen set – plastic sheets

Through our conversation with the (mother of the children) she expressed her happiness with this aid and also said that this distributed NFI has a significant impact on the alleviation of their suffering, and she thanked  Nahda Makers organization and UNHCR, she did not forget to thanks the community that host them
