Job Title: Trainer for Gender Action Plans Course

Contract Duration: the days of the training course 19- 22 July

NMO is a registered national NGO with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor No. 284. Our mission is to take the lead to empower communities in Yemen through humanitarian response and sustainable development programs in a professional way through effective partnerships. NMO started its activity in Yemen since 2012, and has been implementing projects in 5 sectors namely FSL, Education, WASH, Shelter, and Governance and skill-building

NMO is looking for an efficient and qualified person to fill the post of Program Coordinator to carry out the following tasks:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1- Training of 15 trainees (Covid-19 pandemic control officials).

2- Submit the training material to the project team to check approve it before training.

3- Preparing the report of the training course, how to prepare gender-Action plans in Arabic and English. 

4- commitment to attend the training course days at the specified time.

5- Dealing with the trainers smoothly and interacting during the training course.

6-Diversifying training patterns.

7- Good Dealing with individual trainees' differences.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• The trainer should have previous training certificates in the same field.

• The trainer should have practical experience in this field.

• The trainer should have certificates of communication and communication skills.

• The trainer should have a good knowledge of the English language (to write the completion report) and to know the terminology of the course.

• The trainer should have the ability to be in Aden governorate where the training will be conducted.
