Nahda Makers organization (NMO) Summary:
NMO is a humanitarian organization implementing several program in WASH, Food Security and livelihood, Shelter, Education and child protection Program in Yemen since 2012, with funding from different donors.
Nahda Makers Organization is looking for an efficient and qualified person to fill the post of Information Management officer to carry out the following tasks:
Task and Responsibilities
Communicating with the sectors managers in the program to update the monthly interventions data and ensure their conformity by communicating with the data entry assistant.
2. Prepare the monthly matrices according to the forms used in the clusters and send them on the specified dates.
3. Participate in Designing field survey forms using the (kobo Tool) software or other software that used in the humanitarian context.
4. Training the work teams on designing the forms and fill them out correctly.
5. Enter basic project information into the Electronic Program Management System (Portal).
6. Design and develop a comprehensive database of the organization's programs and interventions.
7. Professionally design maps for program implementation.
8. Continuing to review the humanitarian situation reports and ensuring the presence of the organization within the aforementioned authorities in its areas of intervention.
9. Archiving data and document forms according to the archiving system used in the organization.
10. Active participation in related clusters regular meetings, and the periodic meeting in the organization.
11. Prepare periodic reports and graphically display structured interventions to help support the organization's strategic decisions and improve the reports.
12. Supervise data entry and ensure accuracy, validity, quality and easy access to data.
13. Assist the program manager in organizing periodic programs meeting and writing their minutes.
14. Assist the Grant Department in developing the reporting output in terms of designing charts and maps.
15. Monitoring on sector managers in programs, keep a copy of the entire archive of programs, and update it periodically.
16. Investing opportunities and resources for learning and working to develop professional competence in an autonomous manner.
17. Encouraging the work team to present, and appreciate new and innovative methods and ideas.
18. Evaluate the performance of direct assistants, and set annual plans for career development and self-learning to raise improvement.
19. Supporting the team in preparing their annual goals, adopting them, and monitoring their progress towards achieving them.
20. Raise proposals and conceptions that would raise the level of performance in the organization and inform the persons concerned of any matters that may affect the

22. Perform other duties related to the job field, as requested by the line manager.
Qualifications and skills
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
2. Two years' experience in the field of data entry and management.
3. The ability to deal with computer programs, particularly statistical and mapping software, such as Kobo tool, GIS, STATA.
4. Advanced English, spoken and written.
5. Ability to analyze numbers and manage multiple data.
6. The ability to plan and manage multiple tasks to achieve adherence to the required dates and quality.
7. Well skilled in communication, persuasion and presentation.
8. Capability to work with a team.
9. Ability to analyze information, explain causes and results, and make recommendations.
10. Flexibility to learn quickly and develop cognitive development.
