Job Title: Trainer for (Hygiene course training and awareness of Covid – 19)

Location: Lahj Gov 
Duration of training: 4 days

Our mission is to take the lead to empower communities in Yemen through humanitarian response and sustainable development programs in a professional way through effective partnerships. NMO started its activity in Yemen since 2012, and has been implementing projects in 5 sectors namely FSL, Education, WASH, Shelter, and Governance and skill-building

NMO is looking for an efficient and qualified person to fill the post of Hygiene promotion trainer to carry out the following tasks.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Training of 31 trainees in Hygiene promotion and awareness of COVID-19.

-  Submitting a proposed template for the training material to the project team for review and approval before training -Preparing the report of the training course, Arabic and English.

- commitment to attend the training course days at the specified time.

- Dealing with the trainees smoothly and interacting during the training course.

Diversifying training patterns.

- Good Dealing with individual trainees' differences.

Qualifications and Experiences:

- The trainer should have previous training certificates in the same field.

- The trainer should have practical experience in this field.

- The trainer should have certificates of communication skills.

- The trainer should have a good knowledge of the English language (to write the completion report) and to know the terminology of the course.

The trainer should have the ability to be in Lahj governorate where the training will be conducted.

Skills:

1- Proficiency in communication skill.

2-The ability to deal with individual trainees' differences.

3- Proficiency in dealing with data show.
