Director General of Sayoun, Mr. Khaled Saleh Balfas, and Executive Director of #Nahda_Makers Organization, Mr. Mohammed Al-Sayed, launched the vocational courses in the (Cash for Training FFT) program, one of the programs of the multi-year livelihoods project (Food for Assets and Food for Training) with support from #BMZ and in partnership with #WFP, implemented by #NMO.
This activity, which targets 67 beneficiaries in Seiyun, will train them in 6 different courses in the fields of (solar energy, plumbing, women's sewing and tailoring, smartphone maintenance, car mechanics, air conditioning and refrigeration), which will enhance their skills with the necessary capabilities in those fields.
They were also briefed on the progress of work in the field for agricultural and construction assets and the progress of ongoing work within the (Cash for Asset Development) program and the extent of the project’s achievement.
It is noteworthy that the project continues to implement its activities in various directorates of Hadhramaut Governorate through its various activities targeting the food security and livelihoods sector.
